Who is responsible for your data

The lesfilmsde7a9.com website is published by Les Films de 7 à 9, 88 rue Daguerre, 75014 Paris, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@lesfilmsde7a9.com.

What we collect

The site has no forms, no user accounts and no audience measurement tools. We only collect data about you in two cases:

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no cookies of its own. It only stores your choice about the videos in your browser, so that it does not ask you again on every visit. This storage is needed to respect your choice and therefore does not require consent.

The films shown are hosted by Vimeo and YouTube, whose players may set cookies or trackers. That is why no video loads until you agree, either for all videos through the banner or one video at a time by pressing play.

Content loaded from other sites

Some images on the site (posters and photos) are displayed from the servers of Format (Canada), where they are stored. To display them, your browser sends your IP address to that provider. No cookie is set in the process.

Transfers outside the European Union

If you accept the videos, data may be sent to Vimeo (United States) and to Google. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Canada benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing. Write to contact@lesfilmsde7a9.com: we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
